Your Bid is a Contract:
Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc.
No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
Bidding and Buying:
As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid) and your bid is accepted by Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful by the state of TN. Unless you and Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. mutually agree otherwise, you will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher or item from Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: when Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. materially changes the item's description after you bid or a clear typographical error is made. If you choose to bid on mature audience items or items that are restricted to adult use, you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase such items in the state of Tennessee. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY ITEM?
Your item must be picked up & signed for in person - It will NOT be mailed. Items will be ready for pick-up beginning June 10th, 2013 for 30 days. Any items not picked up by July 10th, 2013 will be forfeited
Neither Clear Channel nor the participating auction business you purchased are responsible for lost certificates/vouchers or closed establishments.
